Suggest treatment Burning Sensation While Urinating And Urinary Incontinence

Hi, I recently started to have burning while urinating (past couple weeks). Then started a few days ago to have frequent urination and urge to go very soon after consuming liquids, as well as going much more frequently. Thought it might be a UTI, but culture came back negative. Now it feels that burning, raw, inflamed sensation ALL the time...very uncomfortable. Currently out of town and cannot see my Dr.. Is this something to be concerned about or can it wait? What are the possibilities? What can I do at home for treatment - natural remedies? Thank you so much!

Hello dear
Understand your concern
I think you have UTI along with prostate enlargement.
You should consult the urologist and should start proper treatment.

Following are the other causes of your problem:
Urinary tract infection, Constipation, Obstruction of the urinary tract by stone and tumour, prostate enlargement and prostatitis Excesssive Alcohol and caffine use, Artificial sweetners and corn syrup, Blood pressor medication, Large dose of vitamin B and C, Intake of food high in sugars, and Neurological disorder: parkinsons disease, multiple sclerosis and brain tumour, steroid intake

Risk factor are obesity , diabetes melitus, neurological disorder.
I think in your case it is due to stone in urinary tract.

Consult the urologist and do the following test:
1. Urine analysis
2. Blood sugars
3. Blood urea, creatinine
4. Clinical examination and measurement of blood pressor and heart rate
5. Cystoscopy
6. Cystogram
7. Pelvic examination
6. CBC, ESR, PSA

Following are the advice:
1. Bladder training excercise
2. Double voiding technique
3. Scheduled toilet every 3-4 hours
4. Reduce fluid intake and take more solid fluid
5. Avoid alcohol and caffeine
6. Pelvic floor exercise
B. drugs
1. Anticholinergic- Oxybutynin, tamsulosin
2. Tablet septran
3. Take fruits like orange, papaya and cranberry

Hope this may help you.

Best regards
